We first met Joan Dickinson and Beth Afflebach in 2012 when my husband and I decided to sell ourhouse in Harbor Acres and move into The Towers at The Ritz-Carlton. What a wonderful team Joan andBeth are. Of course, we had a stress-free purchase in The Towers thanks to Joan’s and Beth’s expertknowledge. Here we are in 2020 and we decided it was time to move on to Sarasota Bay Club. We didn’t hesitate tocontact Joan and Beth knowing they were the best to handle the sale of our beloved condo. Our condosold very quickly, much quicker than we expected and we were in a dilemma about a requested earlyclosing.
